This what I care about, and I'm guessing you do too.

Let’s build a culture where bodies are celebrated, not shamed, and where food is enjoyed as nourishment, not ruined by rules.

I connect with people who are looking for a better approach to food and health and happiness, who are tired of negativity, body shaming, and constant dieting. I connect with teachers and educational leaders who want to take proactive measures to inform, encourage and inspire their students to be genuinely healthy in body and mind.

I hate #fitspo and fad diets and Photoshop and everything else with which we are surrounded that promotes an unrealistic and narrow view of beauty, and a false view of health.

I’m an expert in human nutrition with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I’ve built a dietetic practice, undoing the damage that the weight-loss industry creates. I work with schools, undoing the damage the media machine is wreaking on our kids. I am passionate about being part of the solution and I’m working hard to turn the back the tide of body shaming and fad dieting.

I want to grow a movement of people who are positive – positive about their bodies, empowered by accurate knowledge, strong in their resistance to all forms of shame and guilt associated with food and bodies.

This is a team effort – I can’t do it without you. Why not connect with me and get in touch. The task before us is big, but we can do it together. I’d love to have you on board.
